This listing is for the six hoses/lines that run from the hydraulic pump to the front latch cylinder, left and right side main cylinders.

This hose kit includes the following hoses:

Jaguar P/N HJB8256AB – two hoses, pump to front latch cylinder ports (A) and (B)
Jaguar P/N HJB8253AA – two hoses, pump to Upper Left (UL) and Lower Left (LL) cylinder ports
Jaguar P/N HJC8252AA – two hoses, pump to Upper Right (UR) and Lower Right (LR) cylinder ports

Important note: Most 2000 XK8/XKR models used the clip type lower right hose connector, however some used the nut type connector from the 1999 models. Visually check your Lower Right (LR) cylinder connector. Choose the 1997-1999 6-Peice Hose Set, if you have the nut type lower right cylinder connector. This listing is for 2000-2006 hoses with the clip type lower right cylinder connector. See photos below for more info.

If your year 2000 XK8/XKR lower right cylinder port has this type of connector (threaded nut), you will need the 1997-1999 6-Peice Hose Set. All 1997-1999 XK8/XKRs use this connector.

If your year 2000 XK8/XKR lower right cylinder port has this type of connector (clip), you will need this listing. All 2001-2006 XK8/XKRs use this connector.

This information applies only to right side main cylinder lower (LR) hose connector for the year 2000 XK8/XKR. Use this information to confirm which connector type you have before ordering the hose. The pictures above show the two connector types with Cabriolet Hydraulics hoses installed.
