ClutchMax introduces solid flywheel conversion clutch system for 5th gen Integra, 10th and 11th gen Honda Accord and Civic with 1.5L Turbo. This system provides 60% increase in horsepower and torque holding capacity with excellent drivability characteristics. Proprietary HD pressure plate provides a more consistent pedal feel, clean releaseand smoother load transfers between shifting engagements even at 10,000 RPM. Full faced sprung hub disc replaces factory rigid hub for smooth clutch engagement while reducing drivetrain shock. One piece solid 4140 chromoly lightweight forged steel flywheel is CNC machined and balanced within 0.100oz for smooth operation at all RPM range.

- 1 each HD Woven Organic Sprung Disc (240 mm X 26 mm X 24 spline)

- 1 each Pilot Bushing (preinstalled)
- 1 each Clutch Fork Pivot Ball Washer
- 8 each flywheel mounting bolts
- 6 each pressure plate mounting bolts with locking washers

Solid Flywheel Upgrade Clutch Unit:Astock clutch set up on 5th gen Integra, 10th and 11th gen Honda Accord and Civic with 1.5L Turbo uses a dual mass flywheel.Dual mass flywheels are generally heavy and leave a lot to be desired in terms of performance and durability under both street and track driving. One of the easiest ways to change the driving characteristics is to delete the dual mass flywheel and replace it with solid flywheel that is significantly lighter. Combination of lightweight solid flywheel, smooth full face sprung hub disc and proprietary HD pressure plate provides quicker engine response and better feeling clutch. Solid flywheel upgrade clutch unit has proven result of 50% longer lifespan and greater driving experience. Proudly made in the U.S.A.

Note: Replaces heavy and inconsistent factory dual mass flywheel with one piece solid chromoly flywheel for vastly improved feel and performance. Fits all model equipped with L15B7, L15BA, L15BE, L15BG, L15CA with 6-speed manual.
