Return Policy
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery confirmation date. If you would like to return an item for a refund, please submit a return request thru No Hassel Returns within 30 days. All returns must be new, unused, and in original manufacture packaging in which it was received. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost with exceptions to items received that are defective or have been damaged in the shipping process. Please submit photos of damaged/defective merchandise prior to opening or along with your return request. CT Signs and Novelties reserves the right to inspect any claims of damaged/defective merchandise prior to exchange, replacement, or refund. Buyer may be subject to a 30% restocking fee on a returned item not received in new condition and original packaging.
