•Free Shipping option is only available to the ContinentalUnited States. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories (Puerto RICO,Guam, etc.) Please contact us prior to purchasing the item for a quote.
(NOTE: Unless you paid extra for a specified shippingservice or you have provided your own shipping label, then we will ship aslisted.)
•We currently only ship to the United States.
•Due to carrier restrictions delivery cannot be made to APOaddresses.

•After the 30-Day period returns are not permitted unlessotherwise agreed upon. Return shipping is paid by the buyer and up to a 30%restocking fee may apply.
•Brand New Products may not be returned once opened from thefactory packaging (Broken factory seal). New item that have been opened and/ortags stickers removed are not eligible for return.
•Please verify the item purchased is correct or that it willwork for your needs before breaking the factory seal.
•Physically damaged or defective on arrival (DOA) items mustbe reported within 48 hours of arrival to qualify for a full refund.
•Returned items must include all original parts andaccessories sent with the item or it will be subject to a partial refund.
•Please allow 3-5 business days for all refunds to processonce we receive the returned product.
•Return shipping costs if within the free return window iscovered by us unless otherwise stated.
