The fan shroud basically houses thefan blades securing it in place and keeping it from damaging the other enginecomponents that may disturb the smooth and even operation of the engine. Withexcellent operating temperature management, allowable levels of enginetemperature are stabilized. OurRadiator is made of AA5052 aircraftaluminum. Its different from other sellers T-3303 Series. In fact, AA5052 series Aluminum is much better than T-3303series.
Morethan 90% of aftermarket manufacturers use the T-3303 series Aluminum, becauseit is cheaper and easier to get the material. However, T-3303 aluminum has manydisadvantages, such as poor polishing effect, softness, easiness to scratch andcorrode, poor heat dissipation effect. If the T-3303 aluminum radiator isoperated in high pressure and high temperature for a long time, the leakingproblem would occur very soon.
AA5052 Aluminum is an Al-Mg alloy with good corrosion resistance, excellentreliability and cold workability and strength. The main alloying element ofAA5052 is magnesium, which has good forming and processing properties. It iswidely used in the manufacture of aircraft fuel tanks, oil pipes, and sheetmetal parts of transportation vehicles and ships, hardware products, andelectrical-appliance casings.
ThisAA5052 Aluminum Radiator is designed toprovide maximum cooling efficiency to prevent premature engine failure. Itslight-weight, and high-heat transferring aluminum features a tube and findesign that, dramatically increases surface area that enables the heat todissipate more efficiently.
