Pre-Wired Bagger Bar Kit!
With the 2008-2013 Harley-DavidsonTouring Bikes, the ability to purchase “Prewired” bars is generally quitecostly. The wiring for your OEM switches are hardwired into your controls, whichdoes not allow for the same solution that is available with the 2014-2021touring models. With this in mind we set out to come up with a solution that isfar less difficult, and time consuming, than it would be removing, extendingand running wires through your new bars from scratch. With our solution yourare able to utilize your own stock switches with our “Prewired” bars. We provide your Brand New bars Prewired with ourcontrol wiring Harnesses as well as our "Solder Seal" pre-soldered/heatshrink connectors. You simply cut your existing control wire harnesses, strip asmall portion, place them into our "Solder Seal" connectors and Heatthem up! The heat liquefies the solder as well as protects the connection withit's own "Heat Shrink" all in a single step! eliminating asignificant portion of the process of wiring your new bars! It took a bit oftime to come up with the process, but we were determined to make installingYour New Bars much easier than what hastraditionally been available in the past. Finally a solution that is easier onthe wallet as well as the sanity!!

Handlebar Description:
Our bars arecarefully designed to provide natural, relaxed grip angles combined withoptimal pullback comfort. We have engineered them to be direct bolt-onreplacements for stock equipment. No slag inside the bar tubes makesinstallation easy. Laser cut, fully TIG welded, beveled & de-burred for internal wire pulling, and polished to a show their quality finish!
All of our Handlebars are hand-made employing a multi-stepmanufacturing process using the finest materials. Tube diameter is 1.25”stepped down to 1” for stock/conventional controls. Both grips have 0.5”x 2” slots laser cut for internal wiring. The throttle side is honed out andnotched for fly by wire. Laser cut tubing yields the smoothest corners with noslag for easy wiring. The KnurledCenter for non-slip gripon our handlebars is engineered to be a direct custom replacement for stockequipment.
Wiring Description:
For Our Electrical Switch Wire Harnesses We Use Special Purpose Automotive Wire that is Insulated with Chemically Cross-Line Polyethylene, Making it resistant to moisture, most solvents, and Gives it the Ability to Withstand Extreme Temperatures. These Features Make Our Wire Ideal for Engine Compartment Applications Where Higher Heat Resistance is Required.Note: Our Pre-wired Bars will be "made to order". We will require a 1-2 day processing time, all orders will ship the following business day.
These bars are not limited to the Street Glide Model Only. They will fit most, if not all of the "Batwing" fairing models. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask
