All of our products are designed in USA, made as required by DOT & E-Mark.

1. For USA orders, we provide free USPS shipping. Or pay extra fee for UPS shipping.
2. For Canada orders, we provide free economicshipping(12-25 working days); or pay extra fee for UPS shipping(7-10 working days).
3. For Europe orders, we provide free economicshipping(12-25 working days); or pay extra fee for DHL shipping (1-3 working days for most Europecountries).
4. For Asia orders, we provide free economicshipping(7-20 working days). Or pay extra fee for faster SF express (5-10 working days).
5. For Austria or NZ orders, we provide free economicshipping(10-25 working days).

RETURNS-DEFECTIVE
If product is defective upon arrival, please email us immediately with a digital photo of the
product, we will assist you with the returning procedure and we will be responsible for all
shipping charges.
-DAMAGE
If product is damaged upon arrival, please e-mail a digital photo of the problem. We will file a
damage claim to the shipping company. After claim has been approved, we will re-ship the
item at shipping company's cost.
-PACKAGE LOST
If the package is lost in transit, we will follow up with shipping company right away, replacement or refund at buyer's choice.
-RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM
If buyer received incorrect item, please e-mail us with a digital photo of the item. We will issuea prepaid return shipping label and responsible for re-shipping charge.

-PURCHASED WRONG ITEM AND WANT A REFUND
If buyer purchased the wrong item by error and wants an exchange, buyer is responsible forall shipping charges. Returned items must be in brand new, resalable condition.
