Payment
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Payments are processed through . We accept credit card and cash for Local Pickup orders. 7% Indiana sales tax will apply to orders picked up. If payment is not received, an Unpaid Item case will be opened for the sake of seller fee reimbursement.
Shipping
Items are shipped after receiving cleared payment. We ship to US addresses within the continental 48 states. Shipping to AK, HI, PO Box, APO, FPO & US Protectorates: please contact first as we may be able to arrange shipping for an additional charge (depending on the part). Freight items must have a commercial address and part fitment must be verified via VIN prior to shipment.
International orders are shipped via ’s Global Shipping Program.
Returns
All parts must be returned in their original condition to receive full credit. Details regarding timeframe as well as payment for return shipping are outlined in the return section at the top of each individual listing. Please message us with questions.
If you are troubleshooting an electronic module, theyare non-refundable due to the sensitive nature of the product. Please confirm this is the issue prior to purchasing.

In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.
To return an item you must contact us via Message within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).
If you purchased a part in error, Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.
Labor and costs associated with part installation are not included in the warranty, parts only.
