Parts
Many of our used parts have beenin storage for many years. Used parts are just that, used. The parts come froma plethora of places; some came from working cars, some from salvaged cars, andothers from lots. Various parts and components, such as but not limited to:electrical parts and mechanical parts, which are difficult to test. Due to thenature of electrical parts, there is a strict no return policy on anyelectrical part or parts that contain electrical components. We do our best tonotate any part that has not been tested in the description above this. Newparts may occasionally be out of stock, in which case we will notify you andissue a complete refund of the item. We sincerely apologize in advance for theinconvenience this may cause. We do our best to keep inventory stocked andaccurate. If you have any questions with regards to availability, compatibilitywith a year and model, or anything else, please feel free to message us,ideally before purchasing. We do our best to list all compatible years andmodels for parts. We highly recommended to double check, with multiple sources,whether a part will fit your model and year car before purchasing.Shipping
We do our best to keep shippingcosts as low as possible. Many of our smaller items offer free domesticshipping. However, please understand that sometimes due to package size and/orweight, shipping fees can be quite high. This is out of our control and wealways try to find the most affordable solution. If you are purchasing multipleitems and would like combined shipping and/or would like to use a preferredcarrier for any reasons, please contact us before making a purchase and we willdo our best to accommodate you. All International shipments will have ashipping charge associated with them. We are NOT responsible forany custom fees, import taxes, or other charges in regards to your country’sregulations. Any packages being held by custom officials (both domestic andinternational) that are not claimed, will be automatically returned to us, percarrier policy. All items are shipped with USPS, FedEx, or UPS within onebusiness day, five days a week, Monday-Friday. We strive to package all itemsvery well with proper materials to ensure there is no damage in transit. Anydamage in transit is reported to the proper authorities for an investigation. Itis the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the address on file, at the timeof purchase, is correct. If the item is returned to us due to an incorrectaddress, you will be notified and refunded. Once the item is in transit, it isout of our control and there is very little we can do to assist you. Werecommend checking with your local post office and custom officials beforecontacting us.
We offer returns as a courtesyand understand that sometimes parts don’t work or meet expectations. All we askis that you offer us the same understanding and the chance to assist you inproviding a solution. We ask that you message us BEFORE opening acase, so that we can provide proper instructions. Return shipping cost is thebuyer’s responsibility. All issues require VALID proof, per Policy. This means clear photos/video(s) that unquestionably document theissue. Unclear or questionable proof, as well as poor reasoning or communication,in an effort to scam or “fish” will result in no solution. Any “defect” onnew/sealed items is impossible to account for (since the item is sealed) and iscovered by the manufacturer of the product. We areNOTresponsiblefor user error and it is the buyer’s prerogative to research any issueBEFOREcontactingus. Partial refunds willNOTbe given under anycircumstance. Returns must be the EXACT SAME part purchased andbe returned in the EXACT SAME condition. We document every partbefore shipment and know when a different item is returned.
