Customers have 7 daysafter delivery date to return if the item does not meet expectations.Buyer is responsible to return the item in unused, uninstalled and in theoriginal packaging condition. 30% re-stock fee may apply for items with customfeatures. Customer pays all return shipping.
We will exchange items damaged during shipping or defective from the factory.Please inspect your item immediately upon receiving. Contact us right away andwe will assist you with the replacement. All claims must provide pictures ofthe damaged or defective item to receive a RMA. Please also verify item iscorrect with requested specification and features before installation. We willnot accept return after item has been installed. We offer a 1 year manufacturerwarranty. Please keep your item number as reference. We are notresponsible for any returns or exchanges after the warranty period.
All claims must beapproved before return or apply any corrective action on item. When an item isreturned we will inspect it before issue any refund or exchange. A fee of 25%may be charged if the condition is not as originally delivered.
