as soon as I open the product looked like it was already cut open! I took pictures immediately after getting it, and shared with the seller. He claimed I damaged it. Despite the packaging, I still tried to use it. (Paid that much, it’s the least I can do). wouldn’t even scan! Clearly it’s a defective piece of junk! Seller still is firm on it’s MY fault. the box was fine!! It’s their device INSIDE that was defective. Will not even let me return for my money back!!! Do NOT buy from this person.

After 20+ years of perfect 100% feedback, I finally got my first scammer. He seems very committed (new guy). He admitted to opening & using the scanner, then claimed that "I" opened & used the scanner before shipping! That's patently absurd!
This was in 100% sealed clamshell factory packaging, had to be cut open with a sharp object. He admitted it wasn't damaged in shipping (was insured).
Now claiming that "I" intentionally damaged the tool before shipping?
Scanning tools are not returnable.
