The finish and fitment are horrible and whose bright idea was it to mount/tape louvers directly onto the glass as opposed to using mounting brackets?

Was a great price fast shipping. Unfortunately didn't fit my bar as I think someone had already put an after market sissy bar on my bike. But they offered a $ 15.00 rebate and me keep luggage rack. I didn't want to do that. As I just wanted to get a sissy bar with back rest and luggage rack complete. So they gave a full refund and told me to just keep the rack as it was to much of a Hassel to do the return shipping and restocking for them. That is super great service as far as I am concerned.
