Classic Bait & Switch. Drove 9 hours to pick up in person so I could put eyes on the engine. Got to the business and they presented another engine that was rusty, corroded, missing parts and showing much more wear and indeed had more miles than the one I purchased on Ebay. The representative for ECD was unapologetic and upset that I wouldn't take the motor; that I should be happy with the junkyard piece. I drove home 9 hours empty handed. I foolishly anticipated a call to fix the situation.
