It is not a direct fit to my 2001 toyota tacoma. The little tabs to hold the radiator in place do not match the holes and are too long for the radiator to have clearance. You must remove the tabs or cut out the hole to make it bigger on the truck. 2001 toyota tacoma prerunner (its on the compatability list)

Looks good but fan mounts are off. I have to fabricate it to make it work, but radiator holds coolant as of now it looks like. Just wish the bottom radiator hose nozzle was longer and made to terminate hose to radiator rather than that god awful quick adapter. Was really hoping I could do away with that piece one of the reasons I bought it but ole well they did write back before I decided to buy it .
