I recently found the head and the two side covers for the bottom end. This is why the price increased.
I acquired a small motorcycle shop and this engine came w it. I’m not 100% certain of which year / model it came off of. I am fairly certain it’s from a 1968 sprint ss 250 based off of the vin stamped on the engine case, and other listings for what appear to be the same engine.
The crank and transmission all spin freely and don’t feel damaged. Comes with all parts shown in photos. Everything looks to be in good condition, and doesn’t not seem to be damaged or have any cracks, breaks, or any reason it shouldn’t still work.
Crankshaft has very little side to side play, probably within spec. It has little to none up and down movement. Feels nice
