It’s easily installable—mount directly onto the flatbed trailer side rail/frame, allowing permanent and semi-permanent fixtures. It’s a feature-rich tool with robust construction and coating. It’s for reliability and durability over the years, withstanding road rigors, changing weather conditions, environmental elements, and more. It’s a tough material but we have coated the metal with a black powder, which will ensure protection against corrosion, rust, and other corrosive elements. Additionally, the coating will secure the winch from dents, dirt, and dust.
Easy to Install: The installation process is simple, you can do it yourself. The bolt-on mechanism makes it simple, allowing you permanent to semi-permanent fixtures. All you have to do is mark the mounting holes and drill (with an essential tool) onto the trailer/truck side rail or frame. Utilize two screws and bolts to tighten it (don’t overtighten it—need room for tension application).
Load Capacity: The winch is designed to handle a working load limit of 5,500 lbs and a breaking strength of 16,500 lbs. It’s a durable flatbed trailer winch that secures winch straps over cargo. The dimension details of our winch are as follows 3-1/2" (length) x 7-1/4" (width) x 6-7/8" (height). It allows quick tightening (manually) and release of straps with a winch bar, keeping loads stable during transportation.
Simple & Safe Storage: Our portable bolt-on winch is designed to hold up to 30 feet length of winch straps with a width of up to 4 inches. It’s a simple storage solution that allows longer lengths of winch straps to tie down longer cargo items. Enhance the life of the winch strap with periodic cleaning/lubricating of the pawl pivot, ensuring free moving latch.
