Carbon fiber refinishing services are now available!
Once you've placed an order, we will immediately send you the shipping address to our shop so you can send in your engine covers, which require refinishing.
Once we have the covers, we'll disassemble them and proceed to refinishing them to brand new likeness.
We then ship the refinished engine covers back to you.
Once confirms you are satisfied with the order, the payment will only then be released to us.
In this modern age, it's as easy as sending a letter.
We've added some of the past covers we've refinished for examination. The blisters, rust, and even cracked and broken carbon fiber can be repaired by our small engineering department.
The total rebuild time is about 10 business days from the time we receive your parts for rebuild.
We do all sorts of things with carbon fiber. From lamination/skinned parts, fully designed molds for vacuum infusion, precision CNC cuts, sillicone compression molds, to our fully carbon fiber reinforced polymer parts made with epoxy only.
Many manufacturers use polyester based resins, which have a 30% surface shrinkage, that happens slowly over time, making it difficult to notice until it's fully noticeable.
Our methodical application of urethane clear coat is even more serious due to the high solids type of clear we use, which also eliminates shrinkage.
We have spent thousands of labor hours perfecting our craft with our own funding as well.
