Without a programming you may get the error messages regarding braking system and steering wheel controls (if your vehicle is equipped with them) may not work.
VIN, Mileage, Hours programming.
We canprogram this cluster with your car VIN number, actual mileage and hours free of charge with the purchaseof this instrument cluster. You will need to fill the Odometer MileageStatement Affidavit (downloadable from -> bestpixelrepair.com/odometeraffidavit <-), sign and date it and thenemail it back to us RIGHT AFTER THE PURCHASE. If we receive the affidavit - we will program VIN, actual mileage and hours and youwill be able to install the cluster without any other programming. It will beplug and play.
If noinformation is received within 12 hours after the payment is made we will shipyour cluster with 0mi and 0 hours. Your mechanic will need to program themileage, hours and VIN to ensure the proper operation of the cluster. If thecluster is not properly programmed you may get error messages regarding thebraking system. You or your technician will also be required by law to attachthe odometer replacement notice sticker to the driver’s door frame specifyingthe mileage before the replacement and the date of the replacement.

Theprogramming service is provided for legal use ONLY. It is unlawful to reset theodometer value to reflect less than true mileage of the vehicle. Please consultyour lawyer if you are uncertain about your local and federal odometer laws. Itis breaking a federal law to alter the odometer reading for apersonal gain.

Warranty
The remanufactured cluster is coming with 12 months warranty. No refunds on any incurred installation charged under any circumstances.
$50 Money back option
This cluster is being sold with the available $50 money back option. If you would like to qualify for that please return your original untampered cluster in the very good visual condition back to us. Customer is responsible for the core return shipping cost. You will need to use the same box that our cluster came in. Before you return your original cluster for $50 money back - please use the cluster that you did purchase from us for a few days to make sure it\'s operate as intended. To be eligible for the $50 money back besides the return of original cluster the original payment should be made either by Paypal or regular credit or debit card. Original payments made with bucks, gift cards or similar are NOT a subject for the money back option. Money back option will be reflected as a refund for your original payment made by Paypal or regular credit or debit card. It is usually processed within 2-3 business days after your original cluster is delivered to us and accepted as valid return cluster. Cluster should be delivered to us within45 days time frame since the moment of original order placed on . Original clusters, that are returnedbeyond this time frame - unfortunately cannot be a subject for the $50 money back.
Returns
Buyer has 30 days to return the item. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charge. Shipping charge is NOT refundable. No returns for the damaged items during the installation, abused items accepted.
