Most items are shipped within 1 business day, and never more than 2 business days. Please note, weekends are not business days. If you buy on Saturday or Sunday – the next shipping day is Monday. Same thing with holidays. Ask for combined shipping if needed (a good option to lower shipping costs while buying multiple items).
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
I strive for the best possible service for my customers. If you are unhappy with your purchase or there is ANY type of issue related to your order, please contact me right away. I will do my best to resolve any issues. Please use the "Contact Seller" section within your "My " page.
Your response is very important to me. Customers' happiness and satisfaction is my top priority. If you are unhappy about ANYTHING with your order, CONTACT ME before leaving negative response. Only Leave a 5 Star Positive rating if possible. I do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy with the purchase.
Warranty
Please be aware, when you are buying used parts, only a short 30-day warranty is available. I do my best to ensure that all my items are in proper working condition. However sometimes even tested parts some why arrive in an unworking condition. Whatever you do sometimes it happens. And please be advised - in any case I can't refund your labor costs. Only the item price and all shipping costs are subject to refund.
Returns
I accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. There are also non-returnable items (very rarely), check the listing details carefully. All returns are for refund or exchange only. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable (only in warranty cases).
Please double-check the fitment of the parts carefully! Dear buyer, despite offered parts compatibility in the listing, that is NOT a 100% guarantee fitment. Please have your mechanic checked the part fitment with the part number provided. Please be advised – I do not carry any responsibility for incorrect parts fitment. The buyer is solely responsible for determining the suitability of the part purchased for the purpose intended. The part may fit some other vehicles rather than listed. The part may not fit even some vehicles listed depending on the trim. I strongly recommend matching your old part number when possible. If not, providing your VIN before buying can help a lot.The items are sold totally as in the pictures. So what you see is what you get.
