This is a pair of OEM GM 1956 Small Block Chevrolet cylinder heads. The casting nmber on each head is 3725306 as shown. The heads have casting dates of F 6 6 on both heads which decodes asJune 6th, 1956. This is a true factory matched pair. Please confirm your specific application.
These heads are in very good condition as shown. These heads came out of an estate so I don't have any history on them. They appear to have been rebuilt and used little since. They have light surface corrosion from storage. The valves all sit very high in the seats. I see no breaks or repairs to these heads. The rocker stud bosses have been upgraded to the screw in style. While these heads look to have been rebuilt and never used, I am selling them as rebuildable cores to be on the safe side. They are guaranteed to be good crack free cores for rebuilding. These original 1956 heads have become very hard to find. Don't miss this nice original part of unmolested core heads.
