Here for your consideration is this good condition original used pair (left and right sides) of 1962 Dodge Polara 500 chrome deck opening finish panels. These are cast on the back side with Chrysler part #s: 2252208 and 2252209. These chromed cast metal panels are not : cracked, chipped, or accident damaged. No bad dents. Back up lenses are in good used shape for their age. All the mounting studs are good on the back of these (a rarity on many of these deck opening finish panels), and have all the good shape original attaching nuts to hold panel to rear of car.
These panels have a decent shine to them, but like most do have some crazing, pitting, and a few areas of bubbled and flaking chrome. Use these as is for a "driver" car to lower lever restored car, or perhaps cores for getting them re-plated for a nicer car. Getting hard to find these finish panels, and not available in any reproduction format out there that I am aware of. My only pair of these, so don't miss them at my realistic price here, if yours are: missing, accident damaged, have bad studs, or are very badly pitted / corroded.
