These are Not peel & stick decals. They apply just as the originals did - they are water based.
The factory used water soluble decals on valve covers for all 1956-1966 Corvettes, which identified the horsepower.
** Prior to installation thoroughly clean application area with rubbing alcohol or similar cleaning agent. **
Installation Instructions:
1) Soak the decals in warm soapy water for about 5 minutes.
2) After 5 minutes, you can slide the decal sideways off the paper backing.
3) Prepare the valve cover by applying the same warm soapy water and then carefully transfer the decal off the paper to the wet valve cover.
4) Slide the decal in place and gently pat decal dry with a clean soft paper towel and eliminate any air bubbles.
5) Allow decals to thoroughly dry and adhere for hours before running engine.

DELIVERY TIME: We have no control on how long it takes the shipper to process and deliver the item to your door. Look at when you paid and when we send you a tracking number, which reflects how fast we pack and deliver the item to either USPS or UPS. Most items are listed with a very reasonable low shipping cost. In most cases, it cost us more for the material to pack and ship the item than what the buyer is charged. PLEASE take all of the above into consideration when leaving response.
RETURN POLICY: This item has a 30 day return policy. Buyer must contact us in advance to validate approval for returning any item. Returns will only be accepted for items not described correctly. Most of our parts are NOS and typically in unopened original packing material (box/bag). Item must be returned as received with original packing in unused/sealed condition or additional charges are incurred to buyer. Unless otherwise indicated, the part is sold as-is. Returns that do not adhere with this posted policy are subject to a restocking fee and administrative charges.
