I have just updated this driver it now uses the original type transformer and circuitry. 100% factory original components! We use the same pulse transformer, transistor, capacitor and resistors. All to factory specs! Now you can have a brand new replacement unit that plugs into your cars original wiring.Using anything else can damage your dash lights! Our power pack uses the exact same components as the Chrysler/Dodge charger units do same type housing too.
This can bolt into the same location as the orginal unit. I have included a picture of a orginal unit for illustration only its not included in the sale. This will also replace drivers used on other early 60's chrysler 300 series cars.You no longer need a core!If you were told your transformer is bad and your orginal unit cant be repaired, you now have a solution.The last picture just shows what my unit replaces. It isnt included in the sale. We now have original type transformers!
