All paint is considered not to be in any way usable and needs to be repainted to ensure a perfect paint job to match to your vehicle's color.
Always confirm the part will fit your year, make, and model vehicle which you can do so by calling your local dealership.
All items including but not limited to any drivetrain parts that contain fluid are drained completely and need fluid to properly operate. If there is any damage due to improper fluid then the item will not be eligible for a refund.
Any install not done by an ASE certified shop with a receipt to prove install will not be warrantied if damage is caused by improper install.
We do not cover any labor charges under any circumstances.
BOX SHIPPING
We ship all box items within 1 business day, although we do our best to ship most items out the same day.
U.S. Protectorates, Hawaii, APO/UPO, Alaska, and P.O. Box addresses please send us a message for a shipping quote and we would be happy to assist you.
We only ship internationally through the international shipping program.
FREIGHT SHIPPING
For freight shipping we do allow 2-3 business days for shipping, although we do our best to ship most items out the next business day.
We do not offer international freight shipping.
Parts damaged during freight shipping must be refused or have a note of damage on the bill of lading you sign upon receiving the shipment.
No refunds or exchanges will be given if the bill of lading is signed without a note of damage.
RETURNS
We offer a 30 day return policy on all used items and a 60 day warranty from the date of purchase. So if you have any issues with an item please reach out to us so we can make it right.
All returns must be in original condition and unmodified. We will not accept any returns if the item has been tampered with or damaged due to customer error.
