It has been tested and is guaranteed to be in 100% working condition. Comes complete with factory mountingscrews (as pictured). Should fit a 1998-2000 Toyota Corolla, 1998-2002 Chevy Prizm, but please, compare your electrical plug to the picture #6 (6-pin plug connection, not a 4-pin plug).
