• Most parts we sell through Motors come withA30-DAYmoney-back or exchange guarantee.(read more in our store politics)The 30 day period starts when you take possession of the part.
• If you have any issues with the item or service please let us know so we can work it out. Good service and positive response are important to us. If you purchased part by mistake / changed your mind or it does not fit your vehicle, we will refund your money.

SHIPPING POLICY:

• Most of the small-medium parts will be shipped same day if order has been placed before 2pm pt. any orders placed after 2pm pt will be shipped next business day, exceptions are oversized & freight items.
• Large items such as hoods, doors, bumpers, trunk lids, engines, transmissions, and other bulk items are shipped via freight and may require a commercial address with forklift or loading dock for delivery. Delivery to residential address requires extra cost, please write to us!
• If shows you that there is no delivery to your state or country, write to us, we will try to solve the problem.

RETURN POLICY:

• If there is any questions about this product or you need to return it, please do not hesitate to contact us via message before you leave negative response or open a return request.
• We offer a 30-day return policy on any reason, subject to \'s return policy. We are not responsible for any labor fee associated with the installation or removal.
• If we received a return and noticed that the item was opened, or found damage that was not there, or the buyer sent us a different product or similar product, but with a different part number- we are entitled to deduct up to 50% on a refund, according to the seller protection policy.
