Milltek engineers took on the task of finding the perfect balance between maximum performance increase and a responsible noise level in each and every system, to appeal to enthusiasts of all levels. All products are direct replacements for factory exhaust systems, meaning no modifications are required for proper fitment.
This cat-back exhaust system is manufactured of a 2.5\" T304 anti-magnetic stainless steel that is less susceptible to discolouration when compared to other systems found on the market. This quality T304 stainless steel is used on all of the pipework including the construction of the mufflers and resonators. Mandrel bending ensures full flow bends for better exhaust gas flow and Milltek systems are increased in bore to ensure the ultimate performance without the loss of mid-range torque.

The Milltek SSXAU049 Exhaust System is specifically designed for the Audi A4 B7 2.0 TFSI 4WD/DTM* model from 2005-2008. Made from durable T304L stainless steel, this cat-back system features a dual 100mm jet tailpipe style and a pipe diameter of 63.5mm. With a brand name of Milltek Sport and a performance part designation, this product is a high-quality upgrade for manual vehicles of the specified model. Additionally, it is important to note that this exhaust system is not EC approved and is designed for Audi vehicles only.
