Standard Return policy:ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS.All parts are inspected before shipment. All parts are shipped insured. If you receive a damaged part, you must notify carrier (FedEx or USPS) of damage. They will contact Blue Oval Industries and we will replace.All new parts are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with a part, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. All sales at Blue Oval Industries are considered final.Installed or modified parts cannot be returned. All returned parts must be in new condition in their original packaging. Labor, installation, and shipping costs are not refundable. If an item has free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by Blue Oval Industries will be deducted from any refund issued. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee..
