We offer a standard Lifetime warranty on all computers purchased through this site. Most listings require your core to be returned to activate said warranty within 14 days whereas a return label will be provided (All Diesel vehicles require core to be returned). Failure to return the core will result in loss of warranty and a Core Charge of $100 for gas and $200 for diesel. This warranty does not cover parts that fail due to abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, impact, water damage or accident. We assume no liability for labor, diagnostics, mechanic fees, towing bills, rental car charges, lodging or any other direct or consequential damages resulting from this transaction. All Computer Resources, Inc. reserves the right to deny warranty coverage for damaged parts. Please see our tech talk bulletins for proper installation and diagnostics. Automotive modules can be damaged by various electrical faults during and after installation which will not be covered. All units are fully tested for functionality prior to shipment.
