Returns & Warranty Policy
Most parts sold include a 90-day limited warranty and a 30-day return period unless otherwise stated in the listing.
The 30-day return period begins on the date the item is delivered. No labor costs or installation expenses are covered under this warranty.
If a part covered under warranty becomes defective during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, either:
replace the part with a functionally equivalent item, orissue a refund for the original purchase price of the part.
To initiate a return, you must contact us through Messages within the 30-day return period to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please include a note inside the return package explaining the reason for the return.
Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once an RMA number has been issued, the item must be returned promptly in its original condition.
