Shipments will be made within one (1) to three (3) business days from when payment is received. Items that have a shipping price listed in listing will be shipped United Parcel Service (UPS). Items listed with Free shipping will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. MRP reservesthe right to ship best method with regard to delivery time and cost. Free Shipping is only available to continental USA. Overnight or express shipping is not available.
Frames and engines are shipped with Fedex Freight.
International Shipping - At this time we do not sell or ship outside the USA.
Payment
We only accept PayPal for payment of our items. PayPalallows you to pay with a PayPalaccount, credit card, or bank card. The sooner your payment is received the sooner your item will ship!
Sales Tax - If you live or we ship an item to the great state of Maryland. We are legally required to collect Maryland's Sales and Use tax. Tax will only be collected on the total sale of items.
Returns
Used Parts - , Used partsare sold "AS IS" and there is no refund available.Make sure you reviewimages and ask any questions before purchasing. We are happy to answer any questions during our normal businesshours.
If we ship an incorrect part from the item in "sale" or "Buy it Now" listing we will accept a return, offer an exchange, or issue a refund. Please contact us as soon as you realizethis has occurred. You must contact us within seven (7) days of shipment carrier's delivery of receipt.
New (unused) items - New items can be returned within 7 business days of shipment carrier's delivery receipt. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of shipment with the intention to return an item. Items must be returned within 14 days of shipping receipt. All items MUST be returned in original packaging. We do not reimbursereturn shipmentcost/s incurred.
Hard parts -To qualify for a return, must not have been fitted, tried, used, or any other use other then identifyingproper fitment to listing. Once you use it, try it, or install it, it is yours. Items must be returned in original packaging.
Apparel(Items worn on a person) - Apparel can be fitted, but cannot be washed, soiled and must be in same conditionas seen in listing. Must be returned in originalpackaging.

We conduct business Tuesday's thru Friday's 10am to 6pm EST and Saturdays 10am to 5pm EST. We observe the normal U.S. government holiday schedule. If you contact us during our normal business hours on a government holiday we will respond within one (1) day of our next business day. We may respond to messages outside our normal business hours but is not guarantied.
