- Items purchased and returned due to no fault of ours will incur a 25% restocking fee and original shipping cost will not be refunded. This includes but is not limited to the following reasons: “found better price”, “didn't like it”, “does not fit”, “ordered by mistake”, and “changed my mind.”
- If the returned item is received damaged or not in original condition we will charge up to 70% restocking fee.
- All items bear our mark and will be inspected once received by our shipping department. Only items with our mark will be processed for a refund.
- If the part is damaged during the shipping process, in order for us to file a damage claim you will be asked to provide proof that the carrier is at fault.

- In order for parts warranty to apply item must be installed by licensed shop and mechanic. Receipts will requested at time of claim. We reserve the right to deny claims if substantial proof shows item was mishandled or abused.
