Shipping & Return PoliciesReturn Policy
We will accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. All sales are deemed final on the 31st day after delivery.
Returned wheels must not have been used, damaged, balanced, or mounted. All contents must be sent back in its original condition. This includes: boxes, center caps, logos, wheels, tires, etc. We require that you provide us with a return shipment tracking number.
Any returns due to shipping damages must be filed with us and the carrier within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us immediately for assistance.
Returning Wheels:
A 25% restocking fee will be charged to the buyer for accepted returns. The buyer will be responsible for any shipping and handling costs for the returns. Refusal of shipment and/or undeliverable shipment will incur in roundtrip shipping costs for the buyer, this will not be the responsibility of SD OEM Wheels.
Shipping Policy
We ship to the 48 contiguous states via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, or other freight shipping options. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost, which is estimated via at checkout and is based on distance. If you are planning to ship to Puerto Rico or utilize freight shipping, please contact us first to discuss shipping options. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses i.e. A.P.O, F.P.O, and D.P.O. For all other locations, please contact us directly for availability and quotes.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of payment being received & cleared. All wheels will require a signature upon delivery, and will include insurance to cover the full cost of purchase.
SD OEM Wheels will not be responsible for any incorrect addresses or undeliverable circumstances. In case of damage occurred via the carrier, SD OEM Wheels will insure up to 25% of the products' cost. Please inspect all packages within 48 hours of delivery. Buyers will need to report damages within 48 hours of confirmed package receipt to the carrier and notify us with photos of the damages for our records.
Non-US Orders: Please note that your order may be subject to import fees, tariffs, and duties, which may occur at the time of arrival into your country. SD OEM Wheels is not responsible for these fees, they are the buyer's responsibility.
Local Pickup: If you are interested in local pickup, we have a store front in Escondido, CA. We are open Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm for pickup. Saturdays and Sundays are by appointment only.

Terms of Sale
Once the order payment is received, there can be no cancellation, change of address, or order changes. Please ask all questions before you purchase any products, and double-check all shipping information at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they order the correct products for their vehicle. We list possible fitments on each listing, however wheels may fit other vehicles not listed. We advise you ask us if you are unsure. If you are reordering a set of wheels or hubcaps, feel free to send us a picture of your current set so we can direct you to the right products. SD OEM Wheels is not responsible for incorrect fitment and we will not be held accountable for this issue.
All non-paying buyers will be reported to within 5 days after close of sale. After 10 days we have the right to re-list the item.
If there is an issue with your purchase, such as wrong items received, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. In such event, SD OEM Wheels is responsible for return shipping costs for wrong items received. We will provide return labels for the incorrect items, and offer you an exchange for the correct items if available and desired. Any refunds for incorrect items received will be processed after we receive tracking for return shipment.
Lugs, valve stems, center caps, and other accessories are not included unless specifically stated in the listing.
