IMPORTANT FITMENT VERIFICATION:
Ford used early and late 5R110W valve-body configurations during production.
Early units may have multiple pressure-switch locations while later units use fewer switches or plugs. Ford eventually removed several of these unused pressure switches because they were not monitored by the vehicle computer.
