This is actually a new tailgate trim panel with the red reflector stripe that couldn\'t be used because it has some slight damage on one end, a small dent and some scratches that most likely happened in shipping. I have shown the dent in the pictures, every pic is the same dent from different views. It also had a mounting clip on the end knocked off when that happened. So it has just been sitting on a shelf in a shop for who knows how long. It has set long enough or maybe got some moisture to it and has caused the letters to do that mold thing where they start to turn green as shown in the pictures. Brackets on the back are new and comes with the envelope of screws.
