THE REPLACEMENT CAPACITORS MAY HAVE AN EQUAL TO OR HIGHER VOLTAGE RATING THAN THE ORIGINALS. THIS IS STANDARD WHEN REPLACING CAPACITORS AND CAN BE SAFER FOR THE ECU AS WELL.
Kit includes high end capacitors, mostly Panasonic and Nichicon. Capacitors fail after time and just changing out the capacitors can fix a bad ecu. This will require removing the old capacitors and soldering in the new capacitors. Make sure the polarity is the same as how it was removed. Taking multiple pictures before removing anything is always a good idea. Please make sure that this kit will work for your ecu. Here is a list of compatible ecu's. *It is possible that after installing the caps your ecu still doesn't work due to a faulty chip. This is not common though and the kit repairs the ecu the majority of the time. Returns can only be accepted if the caps have not been installed/soldered/cut.
