For anyssbstore2018warranty claims requesting cross shipping (ssbstore2018ships replacement part while awaiting alleged defective part to be received), the purchaser is obligated to providing a prepaid shipping label to the shipping location and provide a 100% deposit based upon the retail cost of the item. The deposit will be immediately returned to the purchaser upon receipt of the alleged defective part via PayPal.Y
