Damaged Item, Wrong Item IssuesIf you received a damaged or broken item, please email us immediately so that we can help you to get a new item at once. Customers are required to send a email with the nature of the problem, and we will contact you within 24-48 hours. If you can please send a digital picture of the item.Lost / Damaged in transit items: Please allow 14 business days for carriers to process the claim.
