Product Description
The Old Man Emu 3028 is a front coil spring pair for the Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon W463, covering the G350 (2018–2022), G55 AMG (2003–2011), G550 (2009–2014), and G63 AMG (2013–2014). These springs deliver approximately 1 inch of front lift while maintaining factory suspension geometry and adequate droop travel, with a significant improvement in ride control and load management over OEM. At 330 lbf/in -- 32% stiffer than the factory 250 lbf/in rate -- they resist progressive sag under sustained load without sacrificing driveability.
Formed on precision mandrels from X5K micro-alloyed spring steel and double scragged around shot peening, OME springs are engineered for long-term durability. A 5mm trim packer (sold separately) is available for fine-tuning ride height from side to side. For optimal performance, pair with corresponding OME Nitrocharger Sport shock absorbers for a fully integrated suspension system. Direct OEM replacement -- no modifications required. Designed and manufactured in Australia. Sold as a pair.
