The BV50 Series is one of the highest flowing Blow off Valves on the market, capable of supporting up to 1000hp per valve! It is the best valve for high boost, racing applications, flowing up to 60% more than competing valves.
Eachunit features a large 1.98" (50.5mm) valve with a Viton O-ring that is clamped in place to preventsticking. The valveguide andstem are PTFE-lubricated and hard anodize-coated for longevity. The V-band aluminum mount can be welded onto any charge pipe.Thestainless steel clamp gives a clean, long-lasting and corrosion-free installation. An over-sized 10mm banjo-style fitting provides quicker actuator response, giving even more protection to your precious turbocharger. The actuator has a high temperature silicone Nomex-reinforced diaphragm for long life and reliability. This BOV is a must-have for hard-core racing enthusiasts! This is a Universal part that requires welding for installation. Professional installation is highly recommended. It is a direct bolt-on for TIAL flanges if your vehicle already has one.
