We carry a very largeinventory of German auto parts items in our warehouse. Genuine Parts and all of the top brands, suchas Kolbenschmidt, Mahle, Ate, etc., that can use as OEM Parts.
Our items areall new unused genuine items, unless otherwise noted. Some of the boxes have been opened for thepurpose of taking pictures of the contents only. These are not salvage, flood or fire damageditems – they are brand new premium items from a warehouse that was closed.
We discount large bulk purchases, please inquire. The larger the order, the bigger thediscount. Please feel free to make usreasonable offers on any items.

Please assure you are ordering the correct parts you need. It is the ultimate responsibility of you (thebuyer/consumer) to confirm in advance that such part(s) will fit your vehicle. A 20% re-stocking charge pertains to all returned parts ordered incorrectly. Restocking fee may be waive if return is accompanied by a new order with a value of $30.00 or more that the returned order. Parts that have been installed, painted, plated, etc. will not be acknowledged for return. Electrical parts are non-returnable.
All PART SOUTH products are guaranteedto be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This guarantee is negated in the event ofmisuse, neglect, improper installation or misdiagnosis. Electrical parts are non-refundable.
PART SOUTH reservedthe right to exchange any electrical item after it is returned and inspected byus. All suspected defective item must beauthorized prior to return; they must have a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number, the original invoice, a brief description of the problem("defective" is not sufficient) and customer must prepay shipping.
Note: Due to the variancesin the manufacture of after-market products and/or original equipment,production run changes, multiple suppliers of the same product(s) and almostlimitless options for such parts, it is the ultimate responsibility of you (thebuyer/consumer) to confirm in advance that such part(s) will fit your vehicle.
California residents mustinclude State Sales Tax. If you are anautomotive parts business and/or you have a tax number, please include it on atax card with your order.

A handling/shipping fee is added to allorders shipped. The standard fee islisted include insurance up to the purchase value. However, over sized items and certain destinationswill be higher. Express shipping isavailable at an extra cost.
PART SOUTH uses FedExin most cases. FedEx will not ship to a PostOffice Box.
NOTE: If the address to which your order is beingshipped differs from your billing address, simply put a note on your accountauthorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than yourbilling address. Failure to do so maydelay the processing of your order.
The quoted shippingprices are within the 48 states only. APOaddresses, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico etc. are higher, please inquire.

Make certain you inspect all packages in the presence of thedriver/carrier.
If you receive apackage that has been damaged or opened, make a claim with the driver/carrierat that time. All claims of loss,concealed damaged, damage or other destruction must be made by you with thecarrier. Save all boxes and packingmaterials, as the carrier may want to inspect it. This is a Fed Ex shipping policy. Any shortages not the fault of the carriermust be reported within 4 days of receiving order. No exceptions!!!

Returneditems must be in original (new) condition, with associated packaging. Customers are responsible for return shippingcosts.
