UPGRADED DUAL BRONZE HEADLIGHT GEARSOne of the issues most C4 88-96 Corvette owners will have to deal or have dealt with is the headlight motors or more specifically the nylon main gear which will fail at some point. The signs are clear: noisy operation, failed up/down operations from time to time and finally complete lose of operation leaving you with just a running motor or a locked up motor.. More times then not if you are having headlight issues it is the main nylon gear it just is not designed to take repeated operations like the rest of the system. Our replacement bronze gear will end the common failed nylon gear for good and should leave you with a quiet long lasting headlight motor.
This dual kit will include two bronze gears along with all six pellet bushings, two gaskets and two 7ML silicone grease packs. Instructions for installation is included but is very general and we suggest to view the many how to video's on YouTube which walks you through the process step by step.

UNITED STATES SHIPMENTS:
All U.S. orders in the lower-48 ships FREE. Most orders to APO, HI, AK and PR also ships FREE but some of our larger items may have a shipping surcharge due to the much higher cost to ship to those locations. All orders ship First Class, Priority Mail or UPS depending on size and weight. Shipping times average 2-10 days but may take up to 18 days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
We only ship international orders through 's Global Shipping Program. Any questions or concerns prior or after an order is placed regarding shipping, please contact directly. International customers are responsible for all duty and brokerage fees.
ALL SHIPMENTS:
We are required by to only ship to the address given at checkout. Local Pickup is always welcome! We can only accept cash payments for local pickups.
OUR GUARANTEE:
We will accept all returns for a full 30 days from your delivery date on all items we offer. Returns must be in its new unused condition and include all the original factory packaging. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, if an error was on the seller side the 15% restocking fee will be waived. Please include username with your return. Once the return is received we will inspect it and issue the refund within 48 hours. We will also exchange any damaged item within the first 30 days. Lost shipments will be determined by the delivery confirmation tracking information and the completion of USPS or UPS investigation (may take up to 8 weeks after shipment date). If at that time the package has been confirmed lost we will reship your order at no cost to you.
