Shipping
The shipping method is by DHL or Fedex. It usually takes about a week to arrive after being shipped. Your precious item will be inspected in our store and will be shipped around 5 days after purchase. We will ship as soon as possible. In some circumstances, shipping may be slightly delayed due to delays from the shipping company or because of holidays. When we receive an order , we will perform an inspection on your item.
If we find any defect in the product, we will ask the maker to exchange and will send a replacement to the customer without any defect.
