This carbon fiber rear wing spoiler for the Ferrari F430 has long been available on . Two years ago most of the ads claimed it will fit on the Ferrari 612 Scaglietti. This is why I bought this wing, for my own 612, in November 2022. These claims are false. The mounting surface ofthe two support pylons is curved, to match the rear deck of the F430. The rear deck of the 612 is flat. Because this wing does not fit a 612, I never installed it. It's still in the original shipping container, as delivered from China. My cost, all in, was $1,029.92. pricing on these today is all over the map, from $1,500 to $700. I need this thing gone, so I'm asking just $500 with free shipping.
The quality of the carbon fiber is good, with the weave laid out well and the clear coat even and glossy.
The first seven photos show my unit out of the box. The photo with the coin on it shows a tiny ding on the underside of the wing, where you'll never see it. The next six photos show an example of this wing mounted on a black F430. I pulled these photos off a dealer web site, to show how this wing will look on an F430. The last four photos show another example of this wing mounted on a white F430 spider. These are screen shots of a Youtube video entitled "Veilside Premier 4509 Ferrari F430 vs. Nissan GTR R35 - LOUD Revs!"
What I get from searching for "Veilside 4509" is that Veilside is a Japanese manufacturer of aero kits, and that "4509" is a Veilside trade name. I'm guessing the F430 wings offered here on -- including mine -- are Chinese knock-offs of the made-in-Japan Veilside original. But I don't know for sure.
