We will send you a returns label to send the item back at buyer cost, and upon receipt of the returned goods, we'll send you a replacement or refund you full.

If you've had a change of heart, you must notify us within 60 days of placing your order that you wish to return any new unused or unopened items. The items must be in an as-new, resaleable condition.

A copy of the sales invoice must accompany all returned goods. Sadly we do not refund postage costs unless the products are incorrect or faulty.

If you are returning as-new items at your own cost, please get proof of postage in case your item gets lost in the post.
