Items must be returned innew condition with original packaging.
All returns due to ourerror will receive a full refund, including shipping. All other returns willincur a 20% restocking fee and no reimbursement of shipping fees.
Electrical parts are notreturnable for any reason except in cases where the part is defective or thepart was looked up incorrectly. Once an electrical part has been installed itcan only be returned if found to be defective.
Cores for re-manufacturedparts must be returned to us in the original box will all the core tagsattached. All cores must be fully assembled and with no external damage.
All truck orders must beinspected upon receipt, if there is any damage is must be noted on the bill oflading. If damage is found after the shipment is accepted the carrier must benotified within 48 hours to be able to file a concealed damage claim.

Warranty
A 180-day warranty providedby the manufacturer applies to all items sold, unless otherwise stated. Themanufacturer warrants all parts to be free from factory defects in workmanshipand materials.
It covers the replacementof a defective part within the original warranty period. If a replacement isnot available, a full refund for the cost of the part, only, will be issued.
Shipping and handling arenot refundable. We shall issue a replacement for the defective part at no extracost to the customer, limited to the original 180-day warranty period.
However, the buyer isrequired to send back the defective part at his/her own expense. Most of ourproducts come direct from the manufacturer and are intended for jobberpurposes, instruction manuals may not be included.
Installation by aprofessional is recommended in order to avoid damage to the product. Warrantymay be voided due to improper installation.
Our liability under nocircumstances shall exceed the amount of the original sale The warranty doesnot cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance,installation, alteration or modifications.
The warranty does not covercost of installation, removal, normal wear and tear, and consequential orsubsequent damages.
