DS18 offers FREE shipping for customers with a valid residential orcommercial address within the Contiguous 48 United States (PO Boxes address mayrequire an additional fee).

For all regular refurbished or new items we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Shipping must be paid by the buyer and a restocking fee may be applied if item is returned in a materially different condition than it was shipped out. This includes the item, accessories, and packaging.
