NOS (new old stock) and NORS (new old replacement stock) parts are, by definition, parts produced and stored for varying extents of time and under various conditions. Items may have factory flaws. Items may show outward (packaging) shelf wear and items themselves may have storage wear, mild oxidation etc. that does not affect usability. Paper, cork gaskets included may or may not be usable as is but they can be an aid in making a template from newer materials. We post photos to show areas of storage wear, factory flaws, marks, oxidation or other concerns. In some cases, photo may be a representation of the item. Actual item may vary slightly on details that don\'t affect its performance. Item may be repackaged for shipping. Don\'t hesitate to ask questions before purchasing if you want additional information or photos.
We accept returns within 30 days of shipping as long as the item remains unused and is returned in its original condition. We do not refund shipping costs and buyer must pay for return shipping. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns on electronic or customized items.
