- Superior Tests Ability: The tool set is capable of accomplishing proper injection nozzle opening pressure test, leakage test, chattering test, an inspection of spray pattern, and Atomization.
- Large Measuring Range: With precision dual scale gauge, the measuring value range from 0-600 bar to 0-8000 psi, Max test pressure up to 60M Pa. (100 mm Dial, 3/8\" BSP thread.)
- Complete Accessories: The injector pop tester kit is equipped with 60MPa pressure gauge, handle, high-pressure pipes, A and B type with m.m. size nuts (12 X 1.5) and (14 X 1.5) for connections, 0.8L fuel cup with a 5-micron original Bosch filter, piston/element, and delivery valve.

Durable Cast-iron Body
The fuel injection nozzle tester is made of selected high-quality materials to ensure a long-last use. It has a sturdy cast-iron body, stainless pressure gauge and a plastic transparent oil cup.
Excellent Manometer Test
In basic design with 0-60M Pa (0-600 bar/ 0-8000 psi) pressure gauge and 0.8L fuel measuring cup with a 5-micron original Bosch filter help to test the opening pressure of the injector and the valve accurately.
Compact Structure
The fuel pressure tester has a compact structure, a three-way stop valve guarded the safety, and convenient the connection, solid mounting base ensuring the balance, and 2/5\" plunger hole providing the power.
Multifunctional Tests
This fuel injector tester is the special equipment for inspecting fuel injectors. It can verify various mechanical tests of fuel injectors, such as opening pressure test, leakage test, atomization, and chattering test. With diversity function, and simple operation.
High Configuration
The tool kit contains the main parts for fuel injector calibration and all accessories required during its installation process. For your first use, please flush the inside of the tester by operating lever and spraying it into the extraction unit without the nozzle.
