DESCRIPTION POLICY Description
Granatelli Motor Sports adjustable turndowns allows you to direct exhaust flow with a 360 degree rotating flange. Our exhaust turndowns features a 1/4\" thick 3-bolt flange and are 304 stainless steel.

Before making a purchase from GMS Performance, carefully review these conditions. By placing an order, you are indicating your agreement to these terms. These conditions apply to all sales agreements and the provision of services by GMS Performance. It is important to note that these conditions do not affect your legal rights as a user.
Return policy:
GMS Performance will only accept return shipments if they are accompanied by a valid Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. The returned parts must match the product for which the RGA number was issued. If you wish to return new and unused items, they must be in brand new condition and still in their original packaging.
In the case of warranty returns, the parts must be shipped at your expense, and they should be clearly identified with the assigned RGA number. Remember that GMS Performance will not accept shipments sent with cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.) terms.
Please be aware that the Company does not offer reimbursement for prepaid shipping costs. If you have a warranty claim, the returned items will be inspected by GMS Performance. They reserve the right to handle warranty claims in various ways, such as issuing a credit memo, repairing and returning the goods, or providing a complete replacement of the parts, based on their discretion.
Customers have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to inform us if they wish to return the goods. However, please note that this policy does not apply if the reason for the return is due to damages or defects caused by GMS Performance. Returns requested beyond this 30-day period will not be accepted.
Return procedure:
To initiate a return, customers are responsible for packing the goods in a manner that ensures their integrity and protects them from damage during the return process.
Once we receive the returned goods, they will undergo a thorough inspection. If no issues are found, a refund for the total amount will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the items must be packed in their original packaging and must not have been used. Should any part or item be found damaged, we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund accordingly. Additionally, if the product is returned in a used condition, no refund will be provided.
For incorrect orders:
If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong part, you may return it in its original packaging to receive a refund. However, please ensure that the item remains unused and has not been fitted. Please be aware that we do not cover the cost of return postage in cases where the customer has ordered the item incorrectly. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund, but please note that the original postage cost, which we paid to send the item initially, will be deducted from the refund amount.
